Payroll processing is available to clients who are engaged in our Human Resource monthly service package. We process through your payroll system of choice and our services include all HR necessities.

    Management of reimbursements, garnishments, and health and retirement deductions

  • Ensure Your Organization is Compliant

    Updating company and employee information such as addresses, direct deposit, garnishments, withholding allowances, pay rates, etc

  • Payroll Data Entry

    Data entry and processing of regularly scheduled payrolls, including updating hourly/salary amounts, importing hours worked, and reflecting any Sick/PTO time used during any pay period. Time entry must be approved by management prior to payroll processing.

  • Reporting & Processing

    W-2 Processing & paycheck questions.
    Post-payroll reporting and/or uploads
    Monitoring and notification of necessary employer State IDs to be payroll/tax compliant. Additional fees would apply for new state setup
