As the Director of Client Services, Natalie guarantees that clients of Eighty-One Eleven receive the dedicated and personalized service that their organization deserves. Her background in the healthcare, construction and insurance industries prepared her to be a true partner to organizations who are looking to streamline processes and implement best practices. She oversees strategies for clients and helps them to navigate two of their top cost drivers, benefits and compensation. Her vast knowledge of HR technology and connection to a large network of HRIS and Payroll providers, allow her to suggest and implement the right software based on company needs.
Jake Eschenbrenner
Managing Member
Jake has a unique role in that he oversees the accounting and financial duties of Eighty-One Eleven and assists our clients with payroll and bookkeeping needs. Prior to joining our team, he worked as a CPA in both public accounting and private sector businesses. Jake provides financial recommendations, accounting support, and payroll services as a strategic partner to small businesses.
Emmy Hadley
COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Emmy holds degrees in both Communications and Leadership from the University of Missouri-Kansas City; and as communications Manager, she proudly takes lead on all social media, marketing, and brand maintenance within Eighty-One Eleven. Emmy's strategic approach and creative expertise have been instrumental in enhancing our brand's presence and ensuring consistent messaging and content across all platforms.
Chloe Dawson
PROJECT MANAGER
With a degree in Psychology, Chloe is passionate about client relations and team support. She ensures smooth client onboarding, meticulously organizes documentation, and delivers top-notch customer service and efficient communication to clients. Chloe also manages our office systems, supports administrative tasks and projects, and is actively broadening her HR skillset. Her adept project management skills ensure comprehensive and thorough project documentation as well as exemplary customer service.
